Federal Criminal Records Access
There are criminal records available at the federal level that are not available at county and state levels. These records include crimes relating to drugs, immigration, fraud, and weapons charges. We can access these records within 24 hours. The federal court system is an entirely separate court system from the state court system, but there is a great deal of overlapping between these two court systems. In the USA, there is a good source of all these federal criminal compiled records at the national level called the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) whose reports are prepared by the FBI or legitimate law enforcement officials. Investigate A Cheating Spouse
Most people have no idea how to investigate a cheating spouse if they start suspecting their spouse cheating on them. While hiring a private investigator may often be too expensive. Conducting an own investigation without any knowledge of proper methods may be risky, either to startle an alarm among your spouse, or actually jeopardize the relationship. But before you purchase any equipment and start investigating, it is important to ensure whether there is someone else in the first place or not. One of the biggest sign is when communication habits start to change or that your partner is turning down sex, or that your partner may not take or answer calls in front of you. Posted by PI
Finding The Right Private Investigator
Private investigators are abundant, so you can afford to be picky when choosing one to work for you. Its often a good idea to ask around from people around you such as friends and associates to look for recommendations on which you might consider and most defiantly get your self acquainted with private investigators by asking lots of questions.
Often times you just have to follow your instincts and rely upon first impressions when you meet your private investigator for an interview. There are some things that you need to check about the detective before hiring him, so ask to see his license and how long he has been a PI. What are his specialties? How much an hour does he usually charge and any other questions you might want to consider? Posted by PI

Private Investigators Basic Facts
If you want to find out about someones life without their notion, be it regarding a case work, about kidnapping, to collect evidence of illegal conduct by your partner, or anything that you need to know, a private investigator can do that for you. A private investigator, or PI, is a person who does investigations for a private citizen or some other entity not involved with a government or police organization.
What do they do? Private investigators investigate cyber crimes such as identity theft, illegal downloading of copyrighted material, and harassing e-mails. Many insurance companies hire them to resolve claims. They also investigate cases dealing with civil liability and personal injury cases, child custody and protection cases, insurance claims and fraud, premarital screening, and missing persons cases. They gather information through interviews, investigation and surveillance, and research, including review of public documents. Posted by PI
Sexual Infidelity Like Comfort Food?
It may not pass scientific muster, but a leading private investigator has developed a theory linking financial hardship such as that experienced during a recessive economy, with an increase in marital infidelity. Likening it to other actual, proven science, the recipe for Mark McAlpins adultero solatium (the Latin words for unfaithful marriage partner and compensation, or solace) theory combines raw numbers from his own investigative practice with a bit of arm-chair psychology and an unmeasured pour of biochemistry. Admittedly a scientific lay person, the PI says he has been rolling this theory around in his head for years, and the numbers have consistently evinced his hypothesis. Posted by PI
